Eyewear, Necklace
The concept was inspired by binoculars. The necklace consists of two separate pieces, both made
entirely out of bent wood and inked wood. They feature different gradients of colors that gradually
fade to expose the wood. This creates a necklace with intricate details in contrast to its size and
minimalist shape.
For the eyewear, I use different types of lenses found in binoculars, such as magnification and de-
magnification. In addition, I incorporate colored lenses that create a distortion of the world when
they are worn, similar to what binoculars do.
